Delete your account

Delete it in the app

1. Open VibeCheckClub and tap You.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

It happens right away and can't be undone.

Can't open the app?

Email info@vibecheckclub.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email on your account. If you sign in with your phone number, tell us that number. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account: name, username, and the email or phone number you sign in with.
• Your points, rewards, codes and check-ins.
• Your photos, videos and comments.
• Where you checked in and your VibeCheckClub+ status.

What we keep

• Records of cash-outs we paid you (amount and date, without your name), kept for accounting and taxes.
• A scrambled code made from your phone's ID that shows the free 4 hours of VibeCheckClub+ were used. It can't be turned back into the ID or linked to you.

VibeCheckClub+

Deleting your account doesn't cancel VibeCheckClub+. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or on your iPhone (Settings, your name, Subscriptions).
